What makes the founding batch different?
Founding members get the $299 hardware price, access to invite-only beta previews, customization opportunities, and a chance to share feedback while STASIS evolves. These are founding batch benefits, separate from the Premium analytics subscription.
Do I need an invitation to preorder?
No. You can join the founding batch by preordering here. Invite-only access refers to the private previews and beta opportunities offered to founding members, not a requirement to buy your glasses.
When will I receive my founding member invitations?
We’ll email you as previews, beta testing opportunities, and customization options become available. There isn’t a confirmed schedule yet, and access may roll out in stages.
When does the free Premium month start?
At glasses activation, not when you preorder. After the free month, Premium automatically renews at $10/month until canceled. Subscription setup happens at activation; no analytics charge is collected with this preorder.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds?
Yes, for an eligible purchase. Start your preorder, enter your contact details, then choose “Pay with HSA/FSA through Flex.” Flex will guide you through eligibility, shipping, and payment.
Eligibility is determined through Flex. This option applies to the hardware preorder; Premium analytics is set up separately at activation.
When will my glasses ship?
Estimated shipping is late 2026 to early 2027. Orders ship in batch order, and we’ll email you before your batch ships.
Are prescription lenses available?
Prescription lenses are optional. Contact hello@get-stasis.com with questions about your prescription.
What if STASIS isn’t for me?
Return your glasses for a full refund if you don’t see value after one month of use. Contact hello@get-stasis.com for help.
Is STASIS a medical device?
No. STASIS is for eye strain, vitals, and general wellness. It is not a medical device.
